Human Resources Consultant 3 - Seattle

Job Description: Seattle Washington has a great opportunity for a SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT. This key position is responsible for providing human resource consultation for an assigned market within Washington Regional Banking.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualified applicants will have 6-8 years demonstrated HR consulting experience providing innovative client solutions.

*Strong HR Generalist experience with an emphasis on change leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, and compensation.

*Develops business partnerships with business banking and retail client groups and aligns resources and support to meet business objectives.

*Partners effectively with managers and HR professionals to develop strategy to resolve complex issues which require an evaluation of various reports/metrics.

*Exercises judgment within broadly defined policies and practices in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.

*Works with various levels of management to build leadership competencies and consult on management practices.

*Functions as a project team lead to deliver on critical Organizational and Regional Human Resources initiatives..


Preferred Skills: Masters Degree
SPHR Certification
Retail or Banking experience
