Human Resources Consultant, Customer Service Oriented

Consultants are expected to recruit, screen, interview, place, and schedule candidates. Consultants will also be responsible for performing reference evaluations, administering skills test, and conducting training for new employee orientations. Consultants will work closely with
corporate clients to develop staffing logistics plans, including: job descriptions, minimum qualification standards, skill testing, and
schedules.

Essential Functions

? Complete weekly activity reports for managed accounts

? Attend job fairs and campus recruiting events on an as needed basis

? Develop monthly recruiting plans

? Coordinate time off request and branch coverage

? Conduct new employee orientations

? Define payroll and employee benefits

? Develop staffing plans including job descriptions, skill test, and employee schedules

? Execute client visits and enforce Stryden' s Operational Standards

? Counsel employees on Stryden policies and regulations, as well as those of Stryden clients

? Maintain the employee database, including inputting employee
applications, assigning employees, and entering appropriate notes

? Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a portfolio of clients and
prospective customers that is aligned with Stryden's market strategy.

? Develop Stryden's presence through effective phone calls and in-person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the client.

Qualifications

 

Successful candidates will have:

- proven success in sales, customer service and/or recruiting.

- the desire to work in a team-focused environment.

- be self-motivated in a fast paced environment.

- bi lingual a must (Spanish)
