We are seeking a human resources professional to be responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering recruiting, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Specific accountabilities:

Provide support to leadership in their effort to manage their staff through education of HR procedures and practices, including recruitment, hiring, during employment and termination.
Support all associates during their interaction with Prime Therapeutics through education of HR procedures and practices beginning with the hiring process, during their employment and ending with the termination process.
Consult with management on Human Resource issues including policy interpretation, benefits, compensation and training and development.
Provides counsel and guidance to management on employee relation issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws in addressing these issues and responds to charges filed through governmental agencies.
Develop human resource materials for new employee orientation as well as coordinate company orientation for all new and current employees. This will include overseeing curriculum development of company business lines and ancillary departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree with 3 - 5 years HR experience.
Deductive reasoning skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
