Human Resources Consultant - Payroll
The position is located in South Barrington, IL
The purpose of the department is processing companywide payroll and supporting employee payroll inquiries.
The scope of this job is to support the HRSC with SAP technical issues. Run HR data requests on SAP and Legacy systems. Manage projects for process improvements on the HCM Payroll and Timekeeping systems. Research, analyze and recommend process improvements for the HRSC.
The individual will be responsible for:
1. Responding to expense requests from the field and Home Office.
2. HRSC process improvement and technical advancement projects.
3. Working with a team to improve efficiencies and provide level two support on SAP, MDT, MyHR and Legacy Systems.
4. Run Access queries on request
The skills required are:
1. Intermediate - SAP Payroll System
2. Intermediate - HR Legacy System
3. Intermediate - MDT and MyHR
4. Advanced - MS Excel
5. Advanced - Access
Experience Required:
Project management Working independently to deliver on commitments
Computer Proficiency:
Legacy, SAP, Excel and Access
Education:
College Degree - Preferred
Major preference: Open
