Position Summary
Under general direction of the Human Resources Manager assists with paperwork, follow-up, and other administrative aspects for all human resources related functions within the region or functional area. Responsible for highly-confidential and time-sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.Drafts all reports/logs and associated documentation required for compliance and completion of Affirmative Action plans.
2.Completes of all required forms and notifications for various Human Resources related information such as, new hire, change of address, terminations and salary increases.
3.Responsible for job postings, sourcing and screening for all recruiting efforts for open positions in the including completing and complying with job posting policies, advertising and coordinating the logistics for Job Fairs.
4.Assists with recruiting process by screening resumes, interviewing as needed, and ensuring all paperwork is completed and drafting interview schedules and managing travel for associates, as required.
5.Completes new hire computer checklist for all associates.
6.Manage leave tracking for all associates.
7.Manages the payroll process and ensure paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and error-free
8.Responsible for ordering business cards and setting up conference call phone numbers for all new associates, as needed.
9.Set up new hires on EV3.
10.Completes new hire process by drafting offer letter, and ensuring drug screening, criminal background check, and new hire paperwork is completed in a timely fashion.
11.Ensures associate benefits information is processed.
12.Conducts new hire orientation and assists with open enrollment meetings as needed.
13.Assists and facilitates training and education to associates on various compliance-related topics such as worker?s compensation, affirmative action, workplace violence, sexual harassment and performance management, as needed.
14.Disseminates quarterly random drug screening materials.
15.Participates in HR conference calls as scheduled.
16.Provides local administration for various company wide programs such as tuition reimbursement and scholarship funds.
17.Maintains various personnel related records and files such as vacation and overtime logs, Kronos time management and payroll reporting, on-call schedule and pay, HR payroll system data entry.
18.Must be willing to travel, as required.
19.Performs related duties as assigned.


Educational Details
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor?s Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires one (1) to two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience;
