Human Resources Coordinator - Partners position located at McLean Hospital

The Human Resources Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Human Resources Department, with particular emphasis on the hiring process.? Provides support necessary for maintaining personnel records.? Independently handles routine personnel questions, and triages others as appropriate.? Manages all incoming calls to the department.? Qualifications:? Bachelor's Degree required. (4-6 years of equivalent, directly related to HR experience, may be substituted for educational requirement.)? Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions and distractions.? One or two years related experience preferred.
