Human Resources Director

My SE Wisconsin client, a $3B technical leader in providing innovative products and systems used worldwide, is seeking a results-driven Human Resources professional capable of managing change and aligning people-centric initiatives with business needs to join its SE Wisconsin Leadership team.  This is a Director level position, reporting to the Division Vice President for Human Resources, in a demanding, fast-paced environment.  It is the primary human resources staff leader for the division and responsible for the total Compensation and Organizational Development functions.

 

If you are an experienced HR professional with deep subject matter expertise, strong communication skills and willing to accept the leadership challenges associated with a dynamic work environment, this is the opportunity for you.  Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. 

 

Responsibilities:
Drive the strategic planning and execution of all policies, initiatives and actions that leverage human capital within the organization.
Align the division?s performance delivery needs.
Work with business unit HR leaders to implement ?best in class? processes for people and organizational development and performance management.
Develop cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization.
Create and implement requisite actions implement requisite actions in the areas of organizational talent acquisition and retention.
Manage data, review trends and forecast organizational talent needs.

 

Requirements:
8-10 years HR leadership experience in best-in-class organizations.
5+ years Deep experience successfully managing core HR activities (i.e., employment, compensation, benefits, training, et. al.)
Work experience in world class manufacturing organization or related industry as either a site HR Leader or HR Generalist.
Able to lead organizational level change.
Inclusive leadership style.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Education:
BS/BA in Human Resources or related business field (MBA strongly preferred)
