Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director will oversee and maintain Union relationships, recruiting, training, compensation and employee relations. This position is responsible for practicing/promoting the policies and procedures that Levy upholds while fostering strong relationships with operations through accessibility and responsiveness. Successful candidates must have 4 years' experience in an equivalent position.

Labor Relations experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in the hospitality and foodservice industries a plus.
