Human Resources Employee Relations Administrator

HUMAN RESOURCE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

 

 

IdeaSphere, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Administrator. Working from IdeaSphere?s American Fork, Utah office, this position will oversee and direct the company?s safety and security efforts as well as play a critical role in employee communications. This position will also have principal responsibilities for corporate training programs and employee skill certifications.

 

The successful candidate will have five years of progressive human resource experience, with exposure to workers compensation management and employee communications. A bachelors degree in management, human resources or related field is preferred. PHR certification is preferred.
