Human Resources Employee Relations/ Recruiter

Position Description: *Identify and source candidates through multiple job boards

*Make initial contact with qualified candidates to pre-screen for open positions in Mortgage field

*Develop recruiting strategies and recruitment plans to expand candidate pool

*Manage applicant email inbox * Post and update open positions on intranet and job boards as needed

* Processed all exempt and non-exempt positions

*Print and sort all resumes daily

*Scheduled interviews

*Send out communication to applicants, etc.

* Work with the offsite Staffing Agencies to fill open positions as well as to track employee time

* Identified opportunities and recommended methods to improve customer service, work processes and financial performance

* Assist in the design and implementation of quality improvement initiatives on departmental and organizational levels * Team player in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service

* Familiar new co-workers and actively supported team development

Position Requirements:

Position requires a minimum of 5 years professional experience in Human Resources and at least 2 years of solid recruiting experience. Must be able to work in a fast paced office and multi-task. Also requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to take direction. Will report and support the HR Manager.
