Key responsibilities:

? Provides HR services for Multi Unit Operators, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members

? Partners with Operations professionals to build Wendy's business success in the marketplace

? Manages HR activity such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Retention, Manpower Planning, and Management Development

 

Personal competencies needed include communication skills, initiative, customer orientation, business acumen, organization, computer skills, change management, and influencing ability. Candidates should have 4-6 years of professional HR experience, as a generalist, plus a BS or BA degree in Business, Human Resources Management.

PHR designation is preferred.
