Responsibilities:
Processing the Bi-Weekly ADP PC Payroll.
Administering the Health, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance Policies.
Administering the 401k and Commuter Benefits Programs.
Assisting the Senior HR Manager in enforcing labor laws and compliance regulations.
Generate compensation reports.
Conducting new employee orientations and exit interviews.
Work on HR special projects on a regular basis.

The Ideal Candidate Must Be Proficient in The Following: ADP PC Bi-Weekly?Payroll Processing Experience, Health,?Dental, Life, Disability Insurance Administration, 401k Administration, Labor Laws, HR Compliance Regulations, Conduct Employee Orientations, Employee Handbook Updates,?Employee Training & Development and Excellent Skills in Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office and HR Database Software.
