Human Resource generalist role with concentration in compensation/family leave and foreign service administration.
Plan, administer, and rollup salary planning and recognition programs for all business units
Develop reports to measure and track effectiveness of salary planning, analyze trends and report on data
Interface with corporate groups to accomplish goals and plans
Assist and advise managers in completion of job descriptions; evaluation of positions
Administer RICP - Sales incentive program and other incentive plans
Track salary changes and plans
Recommend salary actions in conjunction with HR business partner
Administer Foreign Service program
Complete reports on salary trends, issues and analysis
First contact with employees on initiating Family, Military or other leaves of absence
Assist with FLSA and special projects on compensation related issues
Perform generalist duties for Corporate HR Business Partner
Assist in facilitating group planning, decisions, meetings
Lead new employee orientations
Basic Requirements
BS/BA or 4 years HR experience
At least 4 years experience within HR
Additional Requirements:

Desired Skills
Work experience or education in compensation and knowledge of current employment laws and regulations
Knowledge of HRIS systems Hrizon preferred including ability to design and run ad hoc reports
