Human Resources (HR) Manager

KPMG LLP provides audit, tax and advisory services to a broad range of clients. KPMG?s commitment to its clients is demonstrated in our client service delivery approach with cross-functional teams that extend across industry segments. We are currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join us in our Montvale office.

Responsibilities:

?Provide support to the Advisory HR function
?Partner with the Advisory HR team to drive the successful implementation of national strategic HR programs and develop and/or contribute to strategic HR initiatives to meet business needs
?Provide the analysis and preparation of recommendations on Advisory HR initiatives based upon research, input from centers of excellence and consolidation of various HR reports
?Coordinate with reporting and as needed prepare targeted functional specific reports to support HR initiatives and leadership reports in Advisory and its various business segments
?Provide analysis and recommendations to address issues. Areas may include turnover trends, exit survey results, work environment survey results, upward feedback, certification programs, salary review process, Encore reporting, CPE compliance, certifications, performance management compliance, etc.
?Manage and track various incumbent-driven programs such as Advisory?s Lead Partner program and New Partner candidates
?Provide recommendations on improvements to the tracking process
?Provide assistance in the preparation of employee/partner/leadership communications and presentations
?Act as Advisory Reporting and Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) liaison; handle salary review reporting as needed
?Manage special projects (i.e., Advisory assimiliation/RapidStart)



Qualifications:

?Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in HR Management, Organizational Development or a related field
?Seven years of HR/analytical/business experience in a corporate or professional services organization
?Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel and knowledge of Access or equivalent
?Ability to develop and maintain relationships with employees and Partners of the firm
?Ability to develop and deliver clear and concise communications both written and verbally
?Detail oriented
?Flexible; able to manage multiple and changing priorities
?Some travel to New York City and other locations
