Human Resources Information Systems Administrator

You will assist the Manager of HRIS by developing test scripts to ensure those interfaces and Peoplesoft applications developed by the Peoplesoft IT group are tested thoroughly. You will work with employees within the HR community to understand their requirements and be able to translate them into specifications the Peoplesoft IT group can understand. You will assist others with their reporting needs and issues. You will work with HR employees to design and enhance Peoplesoft applications and reports. You will work closely with IT to ensure that projects and requests you submit are understood and developed according to your specifications. You must be able to prioritize your work, handle multiple assignments and work independently.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. Computer Science or similar discipline. You will have worked with Peoplesoft HCM (v8) for at least 1 year and must be familiar with Peoplesoft Benefits and/or Peoplesoft Payroll. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills. You must have experience writing test scripts, troubleshooting interfaces, and enjoy testing new applications. You should have some experience creating specifications - in respect to interfaces, Peoplesoft applications and reports.
