  POSITION OPPORTUNITY     TITLE :   Human Resources Information Systems Analyst

 

LOCATION/DEPT:  Seattle/ Human Resources

 

REPORTS TO: Manager, HR Budget and Administration 

 

NATURE & SCOPE:

 

Perform HRIS Administrator duties to include troubleshooting for HR and payroll when system is down, auditing the accuracy of data input, installing system upgrades, updating employee records and maintaining database tables and user security.  Assist in analyzing the company?s HR information needs, both immediate and long term, and plans for the development of and/or changes in the system to meet those needs.  Create reports using ReportSmith and Oracle Discoverer to support HR recordkeeping, affirmative action, benefits administration, compensation and other analysis for HR management.  Prepare required annual reports for Government agencies (EEO-1, Vets 100, etc.)  Research Federal, State and local laws as required.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

?  Two to five years experience in the field or in a related area

?  Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with in depth knowledge of computerized systems

?  Prior experience with ADP/HRizon or similar HR/Payroll system preferred. ReportSmith experience a plus with advanced skills in data analysis techniques

?  Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented.  Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines

?  Skill in communication of technical information to non-technical users.
