The ideal candidate must be a self starter, high energy level, career oriented as well as focused on continuous improvements.

 

Responsibilities:

? Run weekly payroll

? Provides support to all major Human Resource functions such as benefits, compensation, and training.  Uses policies and principles to coordinate Human Resource related projects.

? Work together with employees, supervisors and managers to resolve employee relations issues.

? FMLA/Disability administration/Worker?s Compensation administration

? Administration and update of policies and procedures.

? Coordination of hourly temporary staffing needs.

Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:

? Ability to manage and organize multiple priorities.

? Experience with confidential documents

? Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently.

? Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in services.

? Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

 

Experience/Education Required/Sought:

? Coursework towards BBA in Human Resources or related field

? Previous administrative work experience preferred

? GPA of 3.0 or above

? Junior or Senior standing preferred
