Human Resources / Labor Relations Manager
HUMAN RESOURCES / LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER
Our client is a leading manufacturer of consumer goods. Due to promotion of the Human Resources Manager. they have an immediate need for a talented and experienced manager to be a business partner with the Plant Manager at this facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join the management team with tremendous growth potential available.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS Degree Required. Masters in Human Resources preferred. PHR or SPHR preferred.
15 years experience handling arbitration cases, contract regulations, EEOC cases and affirmative action plans
Experience in a union manufacturing environment with more than 200 employees
Experience in Human Resource functions ( Safety, Workers Compensation, Benefits, ADA, FMLA, Training, Etc. )
Extensive knowledge regarding HR laws, compensation and benefits programs
Extensive, oral, written and presentation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as the business partner to the Plant Manager to develop strategies, goals and policies
Handle arbitration cases, EEOC cases and affirmative action plans
Negotiate collective bargaining agreement
Provide leadership, development and implementation of Human Resources function
Wage and salary administration
