The Human Resources function at Valtera Corporation is a key component to our growth and success. This HR Leader will have an exceptional opportunity to work with the company?s executive team to establish and deliver important initiatives.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

? Partnering with the executive team to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives of the company.

 

? Leading and guiding the company in the following areas: develop and implement human resource policies to meet organizational needs, oversee and participate in all processes pertaining to recruitment, retention, terminations, promotions, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, team enhancements, administration, facilities, talent management, performance management, safety, worker?s compensation, legal compliance, organizational development, professional training & development and diversity awareness.

 

? Maintaining a positive employee relations environment and ensure uniform and consistent application of organization policies and procedures.

 

Job Requirements:

 

The successful applicant will have a comprehensive set of experiences and a strong knowledge base of the critical elements for successful HR management of an organization.

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.  Post graduate work is preferred.

 5+ years experience in an human resources management consultative role with progressively increasing responsibilities

 3+ years in all of the hr disciplines, such as: recruiting, training, compliance, communications, employee relations, benefits, compensation

 Excellent leadership skills and strategic vision with the ability to define and deliver high quality human resource programs.

 Hands on consultative approach
