Key words: human resources, generalist, production, manufacturing, distribution, employee relations, staffing, appropriate federal and state regulations such as EEOC, Title VII laws, union avoidance, experienced in working with Affirmative Action Plans, have worked with and knowledgeable on FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA etc.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS - Continue to build employee relations with all employees from the "know it all veteran" to the new rookie in a manufacturing or distribution environment. This includes expertise in handling sensitive and urgent employee issues
EFFECTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE INITIATIVES / MANAGERIAL COURAGE - Ability to accomplish results with quantifiable results by working with departmental managers / supervisors. Having the managerial courage to know when to respectfully "push back" on senior managers to hourly associates and when to listen to correctable concerns.
We would like to consider your background if you have the following:
Prefer Master's degree, minimum of a Bachelor's degree prefer Master's degree and/or certification
Candidate must demonstrate 3 to 6 years? successful human resources experience with a 24/7 fast paced consumer goods manufacturer or distributor.
We do not seek someone that consistently advances his or her career through company changes (e.g. no more than 2 company changes in 4 years. We would like to see a candidate with one promotion from current company, a promotable candidate).
