We are seeking a

 Human Resources Management Associate

 At the Corporate Office of SCHOTT North America, Inc.

in Elmsford, NY.

 



The Position

 

During the 20-month Associate Program, you will learn all aspects of the Human Resources Management function in a Corporate Office.  You will gain hands-on experience in

 RecruitingOrganizational DevelopmentEmployee RelationsBenefits and Compensation Management. 

 

In addition, you will become acquainted with the HR Shared Service concept by assuming responsibility for special project assignments at various SCHOTT locations throughout the U.S. 

 

The Associate Program is designed to provide the successful applicant with the background and experience for a challenging assignment in the Corporate Office or a field location, either in the US or Internationally.

 

Position Requirements

 

Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration or related field.  2-4 years work experience in an HR Generalist role.  Willingness to travel within the U.S. and assume international assignments within SCHOTT.  Knowledge of German or other foreign languages would be an asset.
