Human Resources Manager - Bainbridge, GA

TRACO is a premier designer and manufacturer of commercial, residential, and retail windows and doors.  The company has five manufacturing facilities and is headquartered in Cranberry Township, PA.  TRACO manufactures products for retrofit, new construction and historic projects utilizing state-of-the art systems. The company?s capabilities include glass tempering, laminating, insulating; aluminum extruding, anodizing, and paint finishing; window assembly.

 

We have an opportunity available for a Human Resources Manager to manage the human resources functions associated with our new start-up manufacturing facility located in Bainbridge, GA.  The Bainbridge manufacturing facility, located approximately 45 miles northwest of Tallahassee, Florida, is currently under construction and will employ approximately 300 team members.

 

Responsibilities: 

  Manage the recruitment and selection of new employees for the facilityHandle the workers? compensation programHandle various employee relations issues, including those related to attendance, discipline and job performanceCoordinate and conduct training classesPrepare monthly HR reportsAdminister policies and proceduresHandle State Training grants

 

Qualifications:

 BS degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources, Masters in Human Resources preferredA minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience required, plant ?start up? experience a plusExperience in recruiting, employment and employee relationsExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skillsGood assessment and analytical skillsExcellent computer skills ? Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
