Manages all aspects of employment and employee relations programs related to human resources functional areas (such as staffing, performance management, employee relations, training, career development, HRIS, benefits, compensation, etc.) to ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable regulations and that all employees are treated fairly. Advises management, employees, and HR organization in human resources policy and program matters, recommending appropriate decision or course of action. Serves as employee and management liaison as needed. Participates in special projects.

Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.

Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).

Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve department objectives.

Develops, monitors and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for department(s).

 

Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Additional Information *Must have direct knowledge or experience in supporting the sales organization. Position located in St. Paul.
