Outstanding opportunity with an expanding, highly profitable and secure international Fortune 100 Medical Device Corporation. This organization seeks a Human Resources Manager. Candidates MUST have a significant HR Generalist Background with management experience. This individual MUST have obvious enthusiasm and demonstrate the ability to motivate and lead others. Candidates have to be high-energy and dynamic for this role. This position is a human resources management position that also involves developing and conducting employee training programs as well as other Human Resource functions. This company has never downsized and was recently named by Forbes Magazine as being in the "top ten" in their field. This position is located in the midwestern U.S. and candidates must be flexible regarding relocation (relocation package and sign-on bonus provided).This position offers MANY REALISTIC opportunities for advancement based on personal performance in this role, without a doubt.
SALARY: Excellent Salary (negotiable-based on experience)
ANNUAL BONUS: Extensive, Negotiable (based on experience)
SIGN-ON BONUS: Negotibale (based on experience)
RELOCATION PACKAGE
Requirements(your resume must show these):
-A completed 4-year college degree (any major)
-Experience developing and coordinating employee training - development programs
-A track record of excellence and 'being above the rest!'
-Experience as a Human Resources Manager (or Director), 2 years or more in an HR Management
or HR Supervisory Role (you do NOT need a "Director" title previously, just HR management)
-A Generalist Background
-Strong computer skills
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-MUST demonstrate (on the phone initially) clear enthusiasm and high-energy
