Human Resources Manager/Supervisor

KYOCERA Industrial Ceramics Corporation, a leading national manufacturer of Technical Ceramics, has an immediate opportunity in our Vancouver, Washington Headquarters facility.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Provide full range of support in functional areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to recruitment, and employment, compensation and benefits management and problem resolution, employee relations, job evaluations, training, AAP and EEO compliance, 401k administration, pension plan administration, updating HRIS (Ceridian), updating employee handbook and maintaining the policy and procedure updates.  Backup payroll (Ceridian).

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

?  Strong customer service oriented approach to Human Resources.

?  Able to relate successfully to all levels of the employee group.

?  Ability to multi-task effectively.

?  Excellent conflict resolution skills.

?  Well organized with demonstrated practice of appropriate follow-up

?  Self starter.

?  Computer proficiency, including Windows, Word, and Excel

?  5 -10 years of Human Resource Management experience.

?  Must be able to travel.

 

 

EDUCATION:

?  Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources
