HR Anew is currently helping a 200-employee privately held business solutions company to find you, a top notch experienced Human Resources Manager.  Your responsibilities shall include:

 Manage the human resources department including payroll, employee benefits administration and open enrollment, policy and procedure development and implementation, employment law compliance, recruiting and hiring, new employee orientation and training, employee relations and discipline, employee rewards and recognition including planning company social events, and implementation and management of a human resources information system.Supervise a Corporate Recruiter and Human Resources Assistant.Develop trusting relationships with all levels of internal/external customers including company principals, senior managers, supervisors, and employees.

 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a human resources generalist including two years of human resources management experience; employee relations, recruitment/hiring, employment law, compensation and benefit administration, employee relations, and training experience, etc.; a bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, business administration, or related field is highly desired;  PHR/SPHR is a definite plus; and prior experience working in a privately held growing company is essential.
