Human Resources Manager With A Flair For Numbers
Do you have solid HR experience with a generalist background in the Service, Accounting or Finance industry? This nationally known organization attracts and retains only the best and brightest in the industry. We are looking for the cr?me de la cr?me. Are you outstanding? Then, please read on.
Are you a high energy HR Manager? You be expected to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. Can you think on the fly? You must be creative with the ability to think ?outside the box? and have meticulous attention to detail. Also important is the ability to be flexible and possess a positive attitude and high energy.
ExperienceWill be responsible for employee relations and performance management.Provide vision and direction to improve HR processes Assist and administer national HR efforts.Strategic planning - participate in the annual budgeting process, partner with leadership to initiate directiveOrganize and facilitate annual continuing education courses.Possess open and honest communications, good priority management skills, and high level of initiative.Research local compensation programs for all levels of employees. Develop internal communications and reports regarding local HR efforts Full-cycle recruiting experience hiring and retaining accounting professionals.Recruit for entry level positions. Responsibilities include campus recruiting, coordinating and attending campus recruiting events and sourcing for new entry level talent.New employee orientation and training. Conduct and process employee exit interview.Attend local and national HR networking events.
RequirementsBachelor's degree, HR strongly preferred or equivalent.Minimum 5+ years of HR experience including recruiting (combined corporate recruiting and vendor recruiting ideal)Professional services industry experienceStrategically focusedSupervisory and project management experience requiredAbility to partner with executive and management teams under tight deadlines. Must be able to multi-task efficiently.Accounting environmentSOLID conducting analysisTenacity, courage and confidenceStrong MS Office skillsAbility to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills
Compensation - $60-75K/DOE
