We are the nation's most progressive and dynamic tree preservation firm. The Care of Trees is an award-winning national tree firm with 23 offices in Illinois, San Francisco, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. The National Recruiter will provide leadership, support, and structure for the employment needs of all The Care of Trees locations. They will design and implement a comprehensive sourcing, recruiting, and retention program consistent with the vision and values of the company. They will work with all offices and regions to oversee local, regional, and national activities. Fast paced, high client service demand with a great deal of people interaction. The ability to build strong internal and external relationships is key to the success of this newly created position. 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting required along with 25-50% travel.
