Human Resources/OD Manager

Human Resources/OD Manager ? Wickliffe, Ohio

This role will be responsible for providing the full scope of HR responsibilities for the North America IS organization.  In addition, this role will play a lead role in change management activities/initiatives within the IS organization in support of the SAP / ERP Project.

HR responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, training and development in support of the North America IS organization.  The HR Manager will plan, develop and administer human resource programs and policies that ensure compliance with related laws and regulations.

Change management responsibilities include but are not limited to:Conduct organizational change readiness assessmentsDevelop/deliver change management approach including stakeholder management and communicationDetermine project team training requirements for business blueprint effortsDevelop the communication strategy to ensure stakeholder involvement and participationDevelop end user training strategyEvaluate implementation impact of select design alternative (e.g. policy, procedural and/or organizational)Plan and execute communications planExecute project tasks and construct work products according to project and work plans

Frequent travel will be required.

Work experience:

A minimum of 5 years experience in an HR generalist capacity is required.  Experience in having provided counsel to senior management and proven ability to analyze, provide recommendations and resolve complex employee relations issues are essential. 

At least 3 years experience leading programs requiring stakeholder alignment, communications and end user training activities involving multiple business units and locations.  A minimum of 3 years experience in organizational design activities (competency definition, org planning, performance measurements/incentives alignment).  Previous experience in coordinating/developing process documentation/procedures writing and end user training program a plus.

 

Education:

Master's degree and Professional certification (SPHR, PHR) is preferred.
