Job Description: PARS is a company located in Irvine that provides retirement options for public agencies. PARS is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to administer all phases of Human Resources activities, including: administering company benefits, education/training, maintaining employee records (including new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations), tracking workers' compensation issues and processing payroll. The HR/Payroll Administrator will also administer licensing requirements and assist the corporate executives on special projects as needed. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be detail oriented and possess a strong work ethic. Must have some human resource and payroll experience. Requires knowledge and experience with Word, Excel and preferably Sage Pro Series Accounting Software.

Education:Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited institution or equivalent human resources/payroll experience.
