Human Resources Process Manager

My client, a $3B technical leader in providing innovative products and systems used worldwide, is seeking a highly organized, energetic HR Process Manager with a positive can-do approach to business to join its Northern Illinois team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement technologies and processes to assist both recruiting and retention.
Manage the implementation and execution of employment projects across multiple locations.
Work with organization leadership to implement ?best in class? hiring processes.
Establish cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization.
Assist in managing data, reviewing employment trends and forecasting talent needs.

Requirements:
5 years experience in HR and project management.
Focused experience in establishing recruiting practices, processes and technologies.
Measurable accomplishments in process improvement and change management.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:
BS/BA in Human Resources or related business field (MBA strongly preferred)
