HUMAN RESOURCES PROJECT MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

 

?  Design and develop reports, including an Executive Dashboard, to track and monitor performance measures and trend information

?  Develop, measure and report on key performance metrics

?  Develop and maintain standardized metric reporting on a routine basis, i.e. define, create, automate and maintain operational cyclical reporting

?  Analyze, interpret and report financial and operational performance trends from various HR departments

?  Maintain a reporting schedule and documentation of reporting procedures.  Generate and maintain control documentation of reporting procedures to comply with governance audits and regulatory requirements.  Will also build audit process to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

?  Ensure data integrity

?  Active participation in the development of a data warehouse and subsequent reporting enhancements, including the creation of new reporting templates and analytical reports

?  Perform metrics-related process improvements

?  Stay up-to-date on trends and developments within function areas of expertise and in the utility industry and develop additional metrics as needed.

?  Special projects as assigned.  Projects would include process improvement initiatives, analysis and research supporting HR policies and procedures, and responding to internal and external data requests. 

 

Required/Essential:

?  Strong organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills

?  Ability to understand and interpret operational data to identify gaps

?  Strong oral and written communications skills to clearly present performance results to various levels of the HR community

?  5+ years of professional experience

?  Possess a Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent years of experience

 

Desired/Marginal:

?  Experience in dashboard creation and performance metric analysis

?  Familiarity with benchmarking reporting and analysis
