Beverly Hospital is a 223-bed Acute care, not for profit facility. We have been serving the community for over 50 years. We are a stand-alone facility reflecting a strong commitment to staff retention and education. Our caring approach is represented by the family atmosphere and longevity of our staff. Customer service and quality care are important values to Beverly Hospital. Staff actively participate in committees expressing a voice in patient care and policy issues. We have a long proud history with great community involvement. Beverly Hospital is centrally located in Southern California, and is easily freeway accessible.

Has primary responsibility for answering phones, assisting applicants for employment and assists employees and manager with Human Resources related issues.

Requirements:

Must be a high school grad or equiv. One year of clerical exp. preferred. Must have knowledge in Microsoft word & excel. Must have knowledge of proper telephone etiquette. Must have exp with alfa filing, data entry and general office duties. Prev. exp. in HR a plus.
