Franchise Foodservice is a growing foodservice distribution company servicing fast-food restaurants throughout the US. Our mission is to be the distributor of choice for our team members. As a critical member of the Human Resources Team, the HR Recruiter will be responsible for screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified applicants to Managers for positions within Franchise with an emphasis on matching specific candidates with specific positions. Recruitment is one of the most important initiatives that we must continue to focus on in order to attract and retain the best talent and he/she will be expected to understand and support the recruiting needs of the business. He/she will also be expected to serve as an effective liaison for the Human Resources Department by developing strong working relationships with all levels of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for the training and development initiatives working closely with the HR Department, Managers, GM?s, and Executive team. The time is right to join our company, as we are experiencing tremendous growth. Qualified applicants must have 5 years experience in an HR discipline, with an emphasis on recruiting. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of the team is required. Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
