 The Human Resources department is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Successful candidate will provide global mobility support and is responsible for supporting employees within the immigration, relocation and international assignment processes while in parallel ensuring compliance with applicable company policies and governmental regulations.


Responsibilities: 

 Coordinate payroll delivery for international assignees, partnering with payroll to ensure accurate, timely delivery of payCreate Assignment Letters/Compensation Worksheets and assist with the generation of assignment cost projections as neededCoordinate domestic and international relocations  with third party provider  Coordinate with third party immigration work visas and assist with gathering appropriate documents from employeesReview and code vendor invoices and process expense reportsOther projects and duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor?s degree Must have 1-2 years of international human resources experience Must have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordMust understand international assignment compensation components and philosophyExcellent customer interaction skills, especially pertaining to employees from different countries/cultures  Excellent communication skills are a must  Must exude a professional demeanor and have a flexible attitude towards workMust be a team playerSAP experience is a plus
