Human Resources Safety Engineer

Manpower's customer located in Lansdale is seeking to find a full time Human Resource Coordinator/Safety Engineer. This position is full-time Monday through Friday and requires the ability to work in a team environment.

The job responsibilities include various levels of managing and enforcing the Plant's health and safety regulations in a union environment. OSHA compliance and completion of regulatory imposed safety-reporting requirements. Development, execution, and coaching managers and employees on heath and safety education policies, programs and communications. Investigate and resolve safety concerns. Providing mandatory and regulatory training on safety-related topics. (Power lockout, ERT, confined space, conduct noise surveys, abatement programs, manage and monitor workers compensation programs)

Qualified candidates must have strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving capability, and the ability to work in a team environment and excellent communication skills required. Microsoft Office is required: Word, Excel, Power Point, and you must be able to type at least 35 wpm.
