Human Resources Specialist - Compensation

Due to our strong backlog of business we currently have an exciting opportunity for Human Resources Specialist experienced in Compensation practices. This position will be in support of our Craft Services Department in Greenville, SC.
Title: Human Resources Specialist - Compensation
Job Description: Responsible for supporting craft compensation initiatives for all company business units as requested. Incumbent will assist in the administration and development of craft compensation program to include hourly rate and incentive plan design, competitive market pricing and ad-hoc analysis as needed. Will be expected to have direct client interface and lead/participate in and develop project craft compensation models/reports for proposals and current project craft compensation analysis. Will examine predictions for craft labor market changes in salary ranges and make revision recommendations. Participate in market salary surveys as required.
Job Requirements: Position requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration/Management and 3 years experience in a compensation related field. Incumbent should be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within compensation. Strong consultative, analytical, communication (verbal/written)and PC skills a must. High proficiency in using MS Office, especially MS Excel required.
