Human Resources Specialist - Night Shift - ENTRY LEVEL

This position will have responsibilities assisting and HR Generalist and HR Manager in the areas of Employee Benefits, OSHA & Mentor/FL Training, Workers Comp., Safety Action Team, Fundraising Team, Public Presentations/Speaking, Newsletter, Employee Relations, and other duties as assigned. This is an ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. Schedule would be Sunday night through Thursday night from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. or special hours as needed.?

Qualifications: Must be able to pass Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows 2000 test. Publisher, Access and Powerpoint skills are a plus.? Attention to detail, time management and multitasking is essential.? Prior Human Resources related experience is required.

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED. A college degree is preferred but not required. We are located in West Jupiter in the Florida Research Park of Commerce off Beeline Highway or Pratt Whitney Roads.? No phone calls please.

Start Rate: $12.95 progressing to $13.25 in 3 months,$13.90 in 6 months; $15.05 at 1 year. Excellent benefit package includes store discount, profit sharing and stock purchase discount.
