Human Resources Specialist / Recruiter

We are looking to add a Human Resources Professional / Recruiter to our growing east side firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with a recently obtained college degree that is looking to come on board with a thriving company and hit the ground running. National Accounting Search (NAS) is one of the region's premier recruiting firms for the accounting and finance industry. We specialize in finding top talent for our well-known clients which include the largest corporations and CPA firms in our growing share of the marketplace.


The HR Professional / Recruiter will be responsible for the following:Calling candidates to gauge their interest in various positions Sourcing and interviewing qualified candidatesDocumenting candidate responses and formatting resumesCommunicating all results to the necessary client manager Calling on clients to notify them of candidates that may fit their open position

 

The following are the core skills necessary to be successful in this position:An outgoing personality and an intellectually inquisitive natureSuperior time-management skillsAbility to multi-task and the flexibility required to do it wellProven track record of consistent, above-average professional and/or academic performance An assertive nature with the capability to discern quality and confront candidates in a consultative manner Ability to formulate, prepare, monitor, and carry out performance standards and meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals

 

The Human Resources Specialist / Recruiter must possess the following minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications,HR, or a business related fieldMinimum GPA of 3.0Excellent computer skills, complete familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is a mustSharp image and outgoing personalityProfessional experience obtained during an internship or similar post graduate position
