Description:
Eaton Corporation located in Ann Arbor, Michigan has an opening for a Human Resources Supervisor.
Primary job responsibilities are to directly assist the HR Manager in the development, implementation and administration of HR policies and programs to support the facility business objectives. Support all employees in the areas of recruitment, affirmative action, compensation, benefits and employee relations. Incumbent must continually evaluate policies and practices and initiate improvements when warranted.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or related field, and 3 to 5 years of HR experience or a master's degree in HR or related field and two years of HR experience. PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
Must have ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues. Ability to research and analyze various different types of data information. Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law. Ability to reorganize and prioritize work.
Incumbent will coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts for all personnel in compliance with federal and state regulations. Participate in the management of compensation and benefits: including salary administration, proposing merit adjustments, and conducting wage and benefit surveys. Supervise and develop the HR Assistant. Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviews. Administer and coordinate various HR initiatives and procedures for all company personnel. Develop and maintain AAP and other records to conform to EEO regulations. Facilitate and/or provide training to all personnel. Complete various projects as necessary.
