The primary role of this HR rotation opportunity is to master the generalist areas including:  recruitment, compensation, employee relations, organization development, developing new processes, and providing world-class customer service to Associates.



 

- NOTE- Candidates must have direct and applicable experience in the field of Human Resources.

- Bachelor Degree required.  Graduate Degree in HR related fields a plus.

- Computer proficiency required in MS Excel.  Must manage data well, and have a

  track-record of managing with data & benchmarking.  Oracle experience a plus.

- Project leadership skills from a Six Sigma environment will be used immediately!
