The focus of this position is the ongoing development, expansion, and improvement of the company HRIS system. Knowledge of the interconnectivity of solutions/systems, processes, and procedures between Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Accounting is key.

Job Qualifications

o Minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible technical HRIS roles, with a minimum of 2 year required experience in a comparable role.

o Advanced work experience with HRIS systems - PeopleSoft 8.3 or ADP HRIS experience ideal.

o Demonstrated experience monitoring and improving data flow between HRIS, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, Application Tracking, and Financial software (ideally PeopleSoft) systems.

o Extensive work experience with HRIS analysis and ad-hoc report writing expertise.

o Ability to collect and summarize data to prepare clear and concise reports.

o Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Human Resources or Computer Science.

o Previous project management experience a plus.

o Strong MS Office skills required.

o Proven strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.

o Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

o Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.

o Exceptional customer service skills imperative.

o Ability to work independently.

Job Duties

o Day-to-day management of table maintenance, security and data audits, and system
interfaces.

o Create, maintain, and analyze user reports in the HRIS reporting tool for corporate and regional use.

o Manage HRIS hosting vendor to SLAs and project deliverables.

o Handle system upgrades and implementations.

o Provide technical support and training within the department and to end-users.

o Develop and maintain user guides/procedures for HRIS system.

o Knowledge of trends in HRIS field and current technology offerings.

o Special projects.
