We have an immediate opportunity in our Corporate Office located in Allendale, NJ for a:
Human Resources Generalist
who will report to the CFO and will be responsible for
bringing strong HR generalist capabilities with an emphasis on reward recognition programs, benefits, employee relations and policy development.


Successful candidate will possess:
? Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resource administration
? Effective oral and written communication skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills.

Must be able to effectively handle confidential information and ensures consistent and satisfactory administration of HR policies to maintain compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines.

Education/Qualifications:
? Minimum 3-5 years HR Generalist experience
? Strong relationship-building skills
? Bachelors degree preferred
? Strong analytical skills
? Outstanding communications skills
? Self directed and proactive
? Ability to lead and be a member of a team
? Requires limited supervision
? Must possess basic computer skills, including MS Office
? Ability to promote positive image
? SHRM certification a plus
