Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the implementation process for all new COBRA and or Flexible Spending Account business as it is received. Effectively establish and develop successful client relationships while coordinating the success of all implementation projects by interfacing proactively with both internal and external customers to define requirements and deliver effective results of project. Assist in developing and contributing to the proposal/RFP process with sales/marketing if needed. Lead the process to assure the progression from implementation to ?go live? is a smooth transition without outstanding issues and is completed within required time frame. Participate in site visits/meetings as needed to kick off implementation process.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Math, or Computer Science, Healthcare Administration/HR preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects, establish time lines/project plans and meet project deadlines. Resourceful and assertive to drive projects to completion, facilitate meetings with internal and external customers via conference call and in person. Ability to influence and persuade others to achieve desired outcomes. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Previous COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts, and or health care benefit plan account management/administration experience preferred.
