IT Campus Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

? Executing the associated analyst recruiting and training programs in conjunction with the business 

 

Main tasks

? Business Relationships/Communication - Establish and develop relationships/regular communication with:

? Key business sponsors

? External career services and student/school organizations

? External Training vendors

? Internal HR Business Partners, Front Office Campus Recruiting, Accounts, Corporate Services (for room bookings)

? Participate in firm-wide Campus Recruitment Team meetings

? Gather information and write articles for Interface

? Sit on the Technical Associate Committee and attend biweekly meetings aimed at opening the channels of communication between the Technical Associate classes and the Recruitment Team

 

? School Activity to Market IT Technical Associate and Analyst Apprentice Program

? Research dates and confirm annual recruiting events to attend, e.g. career fairs, targeted presentations

? Research dates and confirm diversity specific and non-recruiting events, e.g. skills workshops, faculty meetings, CS sponsored activity

? Confirm booking details with school, i.e. room reservation, equipment and catering requirements

? Prepare and send marketing/advertising information ? posters, flyers, newsletters, ads for university publications (application deadlines), invites, giveaways etc

? Confirm CS event volunteers and fully brief

? Deliver targeted IT presentation to show at event (in conjunction with the business)

? Arrange CS staff travel and possible accommodation

? Keep schools up to date with on-going recruiting needs at CREDIT SUISSE/IT

? Research new and improved ways to market CREDIT SUISSE and IT on campus

? Managing Student applications and Interview process

? Thoroughly evaluate potential analysts for job offers 

? Promptly screen and reply to applicants advising of next steps

? Promptly answer applicant questions

? Compose and send reject letters/emails if necessary

? Invite to first round interview and potentially second round ?superday? interviews

? Organize on-campus first round interviews and book CS interview rooms and catering

? Prepare information/interview packs for interviewers

? Fully brief all interviewers

? Organize and manage any ?superdays? to ensure smooth running

? Facilitate offer decision session at end of ?superday? and confirm which hires are to join which areas

? Candidate offers and tracking

? Raise ATR and GHA hiring forms and see these through approval process

? Keep candidates ?warm? and aware of the status of offers

? Extend verbal offers and send written offers

? Reject unsuccessful candidates and provide feedback

? Manage acceptance/decline process

 

? Training Program

? Organize Orientation Day - liaise with Hewitt Management

? Create a guidebook to provide information about program/training

? Co-working with IT Campus Team and Business School on all Analysts Training Programs

? Organize the analyst training program in conjunction with the Business School:

? Core Foundation Training, e.g. 3 weeks training

? Regular follow-up training and development modules throughout duration of Program

? Establishing format/approach based on leveraging existing CREDIT SUISSE offerings

? Sourcing and confirming vendors

? Producing Program Booklet to include all this information for new hires and their managers

? Organization of this Training Program on an on-going basis, i.e. for each college hire intake

? Organization of Social events (philanthropic efforts and networking events)

? Recognize associate milestones, i.e. graduation luncheon and departmental memoranda

? Organize Executive Board Speaker series

 

? Invoicing, Budgeting and Reporting

? Process all invoices efficiently, i.e. check for accuracy, liaise with Accounts, include in Accruals if necessary

? Provide input to Program Manager on annual campus budgeting process and manage to this throughout the year

? Maintain candidate tracking for all applicants, i.e. those successful to first and second round, with scores and final destinations

? Update IT Campus Recruiting Calendar

? Statistics on recruiting information

 

Required Experience: 2-3 years working in Campus Recruitment

 Education/ experience

? Experience of co-ordination administration ideally within an HR department

? Knowledge of campus recruiting essential

? Basic understanding of IT terminology

? Desktop skills ? Word, Excel and PowerPoint
