We are currently hiring an IT Recruiter for our Vernon Hills, IL location.

 

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of applicants, from sourcing to on-boarding.  The right individual will need to qualify applicant qualifications, skills and experiences and make recommendations to management in a fast-paced environment.  A solid ability to proactively develop relationships with local universities and colleges, professional organizations and various networking organizations/associations is preferred.

 

The right individual will have:

 
Four+ years current experience recruiting individuals with backgrounds in e-commerce, application development, data warehouse, client/server, quality assurance, .net, and PeopleSoft Financials working in a high volume, client focused environment. 
Success building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and their teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be client focused, a collaborative team player and work well in a fast paced and results driven environment.
