JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a dynamic staffing firm in the heart of downtown San Francisco specializing in IT Staffing. Our firm is one of the fastest growing and well respected companies in the Bay Area.  PegaStaff is expanding into the  Scottsdale/Tempe/Phoenix area!  We are looking for a Jr. Recruiter and an IT Recruiter to get our first branch office up and running in Arizona.  Apply today to be a part of this exciting opportunity!

We are seeking a results-oriented professional interested in recruiting for contract/temporary/CTH positions. The person in this position will be evaluating, interviewing and placing technical and general professional (Marketing, Accounting etc.) candidates; matching the skills and goals of candidates to job requirements; and determining pay rates/bill rates. Must be able to successfully interact with clients to clarify job descriptions and generate new business. This position will also include developing innovative sourcing strategies and practically applying these strategies in addition to networking and headhunting.

The ideal candidate will be professional, assertive, innovative, and enjoy working with people.

Our full time employee compensation plan includes an uncapped commission plan that rewards superior performance in addition to a base salary of $30,000-$40,000 a year plus benefits. Your first year, you should expect on-target earnings between $50,000 to $60,000 with the opportunity for more. We have a sports oriented culture - dynamic, fun and hardworking! REQUIRED SKILLS:
-1+ years Recruiting experience
-BA/BS or relevant experience
-Technical Savvy
-Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus
-Strong verbal, writing and computer skills
-Proven follow up skills
-Demonstrated ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines

 

Desired Experience:

-Experience in Technical Recruitment or Technical Sourcing
-Prior experience working in a staffing company or agency
