Immigration Specialist
Job Summary:
This position oversees a variety of recruiting related programs including immigration, relocation, college recruiting, and temps/contractors. Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include:
? Working closely with petitioners, management and outside counsel to administer/process immigration applications and visas within Company policies/practices and INS regulations.
? Advising management on immigration and visa issues
? Working with vendors to negotiate relocation services, as well as policy setting and monitoring
? Developing and maintaining partnerships with deans, program directors, department chairs, professors and career centers
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have:
? Proficiency in Microsoft Windows products
? 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of immigration law and overall immigration practices
