Implementation Specialist

Salary.com is looking for a high-energy, Implementation Specialist who wants to be a part of a dynamic growing software company. The Implementation Specialist will work closely with both internal and external clients to define the implementation, configuration, and integration requirements and approach for our award-winning compensation management software. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional groups. Strong communication, flexibility, and a 'can do' attitude are a must.



 

Responsibilities:Defines the implementation approach, configuration requirements, and integration design for assigned clients.Actively participates in software configuration planning and management.Communicates customer requirements to Product Management and Development teams, and coordinates the delivery of new functionality to the client.Provides product training to customers as needed.Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Supports the sales team by supporting customer demonstrations and defining the implementation services and schedule.

 

Requirements and Capabilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in a client relationship management roleExperience in the HR, HRIS, or compensation domain is desirableProject management experience within a software or consulting environment Familiarity and experience with software development and implementation methodologies Successful management of numerous software implementation projects Familiarity with Web-based technology and issues for hosted deployment Proficient with Microsoft Excel
