Designs, develops and implements employee communications strategies and key materials for all internal and potential Extreme employees. Directs and implements all employee communication strategies/tactics to support the success of Extreme's goals and business initiatives. Provides leadership on organizational change management programs with communications strategies that build employee commitment to change. Works with senior management on effectively and consistently communicating key organizational/company-wide initiatives, org changes and announcements. Ensures that employees are well informed with creative, well-written online content and design. Responsible for HR and internal communications intranet--design and maintenance.
